To protect the rights of my clients, all names, video clips and proprietary information is omitted.

These are the results of the (product) participatory design sessions conducted at RSTechED2000 Las Vegas. User Experience Team members showed RSTechED participants paper prototypes and solicited feedback on its design, content, and interaction style.

In total, thirty-four users gave their feedback on the prototype. Participants were asked to use data in the form of scenarios provided to them by the UE Team. Users who were uncomfortable adjusting to this context, provided content based on personal work experience. If at any point in the evaluation the interface was not in line with user requirements, they were encouraged to sketch out their needs and expectations.

features of this report

This report is designed to show user feedback on a walkthrough of a paper prototype. The report is broken down into four scenarios and four appendices.  The scenarios represent task-flows we asked the users to work through, and the appendices enumerate user feedback on interface features such as security and user assistance.

In addition to the user feedback, we have also provided a short summary (omitted) of the views we used to design the prototype.
