To protect the rights of my clients, all names, video clips and proprietary information is omitted.

These are the results of the usability evaluations conducted by the User Experience team and (product) product development team during the fall of 2001.  Representatives from Kraft, Nabisco, Kimberly Clark and others met with the (product) team to learn more about this new (Client) maintenance environment tool.  Since the results from this report are spread over a longer time period, The user experience team will be appending this report as new data from each of these meetings becomes available.

The main purpose for these meetings was to inform customers of the benefits and limitations of (product).  User Experience worked with the product team to develop evaluation scenarios based on TechEd Lab exercises.  One to two hours of each of these meetings were then devoted purely to hands-on experience with the product framed by these test scenarios.  The purpose of these evaluations were to test the workflow, navigation and general usability of this Maintenance Automation Control Center
