Observation Recommendation
When the user wants to create a short-cut, his gut instinct is to open the Logix product, not (product). Make sure that this functionality is communicated clearly to users in the Help system, product literature, and Launch Pad UI.
User is confused by the fact that Logix does not appear on the launch pad with the MD extension after he has created a short cut. Make sure that all representations of the plug-in products are displayed consistently.  Including the "About" message box.
