These are the results of the usability evaluation conducted by the User Experience team and (product) product development during the week of June 4th - 8th 2001.

This evaluation had two purposes; to gather feedback on a new lab exercise developed for TechEd 2001, and test the interface of the most recent (product) Beta. At the end of each session, users were also asked to respond to alternative UI design ideas.

The (product) gui is the focus of this report. Therefore, UE is not including data on the lab exercises here. (name) managed this piece by collecting, analyzing, and incorporating all lab related feedback to improve the exercises.

All results from this evaluation were simultaneously wrapped into the next generation maintenance environment design effort.

In total, 3 users worked through the scenarios developed by the evaluation team.
