Pioneered user experience lab in new international department to gather, analyze
and report system requirements focused on increasing usability and improving the
Fortune 500 clients’ product experience. Coordinated external clients with
internal strategy, product and user experience teams. Collaborated with team
members to prototype and design products to satisfy system and customer
requirements. Provided heuristic review to internal clients. Disseminated
company strategy. Standardized designs across products. Recruited, hired and
